    • NOTE: In Israel the terms of agreement of a house are settled between the buyer and seller. They are then handed over to the attorneys to be written into the contract. Your attorneys handle legal aspects of the contract only.
    • The business side of a home contract includes closing price, payment schedule, closing date, and additional personalized specifications customized to each particular deal.

Design & Renovate

With an integrated approach to design, I work with you to design each layout while simultaneously creating your stylistic design.

Together we design floor plans and the layout of your entire home. This includes furniture plans, kitchen design, bathroom design, electrical plans, etc.

Then we design the house stylistically by carefully choosing and coordinating furniture, color schemes, lighting and fixtures, art, and more.

  • NOTE: To properly design a home, some of the floor planning and stylistic planning overlap. I take you through this process seamlessly, so every detail is accounted for.

When we are finished, your house will flow easily and effortlessly. Everything will have a place.

With my unique approach to interior design in Israeli homes, I specialize in space maximization and effectiveness. I also put an emphasis on creating plans that account for now and many years into the future. My clients are left with homes that they are comfortable to grow into for many years to come.

I assist with purchasing and inspection of all materials needed for renovations, including verification of quality materials for reasonable prices.

I offer full project management of home renovations including hiring quality professionals and overseeing all of the work until its completion.

  • For general questions about home buying in Israel, or for specific limited questions regarding your home buying process.

Home Buying Packages

  • Includes analytical community searches, scouting potential properties for you, on site initial visits to multiple properties, home inspection, consulting on property appraisal, handling of all negotiations of the business terms of your deal (see above). Consulting and information on every part of the process and what you will encounter and need to prepare for.

Design Packages

  • Careful and intentional designing and planning of every single aspect of your home. This includes complete layouts and interior blueprints for every single detail of the home including furniture, electric, plumbing, color scheme and more. Room by room, we build the composition of your home with a focus on space maximization and professional styling. I also help you shop for all of your materials and consult on quality and pricing.

Renovation Project Management

  • On site management and coordination of all aspects of renovations of your property. This includes checking and bringing quality service professionals, supervising their work, inspection of all materials before they are accepted, assistance with purchasing of materials, receiving movers, coordinating professional cleaners and more. There is so much that happens during a renovation process, and I am there to do everything for you!
